It’s that time of year again—pumpkins on porches, costumes ready, and the smell of fall in the air. Here at Don Tester Ford, we’re gearing up for one of our favorite traditions: our 7th Annual Trunk-or-Treat!
On October 28, 2025, from 4:30–6:00 PM, our dealership lot at 2800 US 250 S, Norwalk, OH will be transformed into a Halloween wonderland, filled with candy, costumes, community spirit, and creative trunk displays.
👻 A Safe & Fun Way to Celebrate Halloween
If you’ve never been to a Trunk-or-Treat, think of it as a twist on classic trick-or-treating. Instead of going door to door, families stroll through rows of festively decorated car trunks, collecting candy and goodies along the way. It’s safe, fun, and family-friendly, making it perfect for little ghouls and goblins.
What makes our event extra special is the way it brings local businesses and organizations together. It’s not just about the candy (though there’s plenty of that) — it’s about community connection.
🏆 How Local Businesses Can Get Involved
We love seeing how creative our community can be! Businesses and organizations are invited to join in the fun. Here’s how it works:
- We provide the vehicle — or you can bring your own if you have something special you’d like to showcase.
- You bring your treats, decorations, and any promotional items like stickers, pencils, coupons, or magnets.
- Deck out your trunk with your best Halloween theme and compete in our “Best Decorated” contest!
- Dress up in costume to make the experience even more festive.

What’s a celebration without food and music?
We’re thrilled to welcome two returning food trucks this year: Buddies in BBQ and Waffles Locos. Whether you’re craving something savory or sweet, they’ve got you covered.
And, as always, our friends at WLKR Radio will be broadcasting live from the event, keeping the Halloween vibes high with music and interviews throughout the night.
